Marika Gederte

Latvia's Marika Gederte became Mrs. Universe 2008.

For the second time since the beauty pageant was held, the final round took place in Bulgaria, in the Les Fleurs Hotel and Grand Hotel Sofia.
More than 70 women submitted their applications, but the organizers invited only 20 of them to take part in the final round.

Mrs Bulgaria Mariana Marinova grabbed the first place prize, Mrs China Jin Shui take the second place, Mrs Malta Nikita Vasallno scored third and the fourth place went to Mrs Singapour Grace Chu.
